My relative is currently there at pgi Chandigarh emergency Ward. Totally pathetic condition. No doctors. No hygiene .no ventilator for that poor girl. She is about to die. doctors are not allowing us to take ventilator there. Shame on you administration of pgi Chandigarh. Just have some shame
