moving forward in the seat so that just your toes are resting over the back edge of the seat and not your' ankle makes a big difference as well.

Thank you so much for the twisting oblique exercises! They're a game changer! I can't afford a rotary torso machine. So, the abcoaster twists are a GREAT substitution!

Some abdominal exercise machines have straight parallel railings in contrast with the parallel curve railings of this Ab Coaster. Is there a significant functional outcome to the abdomen that results with these differences?

The range is shorter which doesnt allow the person to go as high as these The higher means can work the belly harder
