@@doublegswellness7341 You're right about how the first one is the hardest to do. I find that with all of those Hammer Strength MTS machines. I can't imagine anybody using the entire weight stack on that ab machine. LOL

You're welcome, glad we were able to help! Keep at it. With time and practice you will get. One way to practice this is to do the knee up crunch on the floor. That helped a lot of our clients understand the concept much better.
