I actually have been meaning to tell you to use a straw if you have lemon juice water everyday.. as the lemon erodes the enamel of the teeth if it comes in contact directly :) I use a straw too ♥️

Hello.... I am giving you a important information, which you may know also. Please don't throw the water in which u have soaked any grams or grains. It contains lot of vitamins which comes out of the grams. So before soaking, wash it twice or thrice n then soak it overnight n then cook the grams in the same water.. Happy a happy n healthy life👍💪
