I was at least giving Drake grace bc he’s talented but, it’s the anti black subs he throws in his music is what turns me off, that’s something I can’t get over. I don't think there's ever a chance for Drake to win versus Kendrick when it comes to bars. It's not just the pen, but his cultural knowledge and artistry is not even comparable to Kendrick's. How can you hope to win a battle for a culture while spitting tone deaf and insensitive lyrics about that culture? I do think there's a chance for Drake to salvage his image.
