After a year of not drinking and smoking weed I’ve gone right back to drinking and suicidal thoughts after just having a baby a month ago it’s more than that from age 4 having two daughters who are now teens but have gone through much trauma also I don’t know what to do anymore life is just to traumatic I’ve tried and still trying ig listening to things like this after not listening to music for 9 months reminds me I’m not the only one but I feel so alone im definitely lonely and not happy I haven’t been for a long time I can laugh I can smile but it’s not real my emotions are not it’s own and I’m silently suffering no one really knows what is happening I feel like I’m drowning if I list them all that won’t help I know I’m not the Ionly one who has been going through it with no break but I feel so selfish with my story and I feel like I’m never heard I always hear “we all going through something” now that’s all I say and ignore my own thoughts feelings and issues!
