He's done 75% of his degree, a year is a breeze. He's a CompSci student, that's a valuable degree. He wouldn't want to waste 3 years of his life, I'd understand if he just started his degree. That'll open a lot of doors for him, having a plan B or even if that's his main thing, nothing wrong with it. Dropping out is an unnecessary risk. A month of learning and 11 months of application, isn't realistic. I spend many months learning how to code and was confident in applying my knowledge after a while, same when I learned how to invest my money into stocks - learning how to read balance sheets, finding strong positions, reading 10-K/Qs etc. and I began using my money around the 5/6th month. fr, when we look at the shit people go to college for and fail in life they were getting mostly obsolete or useless degrees that would have been better time used towards gaining experience in that field. Agent doesn’t seem to understand that 99.99999% of the people that do KZbin or content creation aren’t getting to the point he is. The LLC of AMP is gunna be huge but that is literally a 1 in a million. Most people aren’t making that money and aren’t as secure in their content. People blow up and then fall off all the time and if you push off a career like programming that is so close to being completed you could lose the motivation, the love, and the connections you have in that space. Omar seems to have a plan for what he wants to do vs a person like Kai who was mainly focused on becoming a content creator and blowing up. Omar wants to be a content creator, but also has other aspirations for himself. I think that his plan of finishing school and continuing to work with AMP will teach him all the skills he needs to succeed. Why dropout and possibly lose everything?
