The real problem with education system is that it can not provide job to everyone that's the reason companies ask for 70% marks and all just to filter students and we no some of them will be ratta as well but they will still get better jobs because they cleared eligibility criteria. If companies really needed people then would had given training for free and then had absorbed students in their jobs. Interviewer asked one question - " What is the height of this tower? " Candidate said, " sir I am an architect sir, sir I know height of every building in the city. Height of this building is about 150 feet, infact it is 153 feet " The answer was correct. Interviewer asked same question to the next candidate - He replied " give me few minutes, I'll be back " - He measured length of the shadow of the building, then he measured length of shadow of his own and his own height, he derived ratio of shadow to height and derived answer. He then went back to interviewer and answered " height of the building is about 150 feet ". In India, first kind of candidates are considered to be more eligible and latter kind are rejected.

@Somesh nayak I won’t totally agree. After the British rule, our system could have changed and more people have only brought in more competition in this country. Whereas I saw the education system of Finland which is considered the best in the world and it doesn’t focus on competition at all. These various so called ways to test us through exams and all have lead to various insecure people. I myself am one of them thinking that I’m a good for nothing while just like any other human I can do something but this system has forced me to be insecure.

I'm a student of class 12 . I'm facing problem regarding sub because teachers are providing us with only thereotical knowledge which is a major concern especially for a subject like business studies... Although I'm much interested in doing business.. But there is not even 1percent practical knowledge provided. I do think as a youth of today we should try our level best to change it from school level. Basically from a cramming india to practical india. I wish that MR VIVEK BINDRA will also do something.... 🙂🙂🙂
