Think the big issue with Secunda is usually it just turns a steamroll into a steamroll. You not only need to pop your mode early enough to actually get the Secunda bar but you then need to get Secunda without dying in said mode and even then your opponent will usually be nearly dead by the time you get it in the first place. Even after all of this, it is mainly just good for a free health refresh since a lot of base modes are just better The amount that has to go right for you to play this mode is just astronomical. Like I don’t think there was a single game where this mechanic did anything but secure a win this person wasnt already basically guaranteed to have asides from the Hol Horse match where it did quite a bit of extra damage to get him low before dying instantly

yea, tbh is significantly more useful in stuff like 2s or 3s, but id say it can still occasionally help you win in 1v1s
