ABA Therapy - Our Experience So Far

In this video, we share our ABA Therapy experience so far.
Applied behavior analysis is a system of autism treatment based on behaviorist theories which, simply put, state that desired behaviors can be taught through a system of rewards and consequences. ABA can be thought of as applying behavioral principles to behavioral goals and carefully measuring the results.
We were a bit hesitant to start aba therapy due to all the aba therapy horror stories online. We were also hesitant because we were trying to start an in-home therapy program in the middle of a pandemic.
We weighed our options of Using an ABA School vs. Home ABA for Children with Autism. We felt starting ABA Therapy in the home was the best option for us right now
Even though there are a lot of people that are against ABA. We have seen a number of Families Experience Success with ABA Therapy. So, we feel it is worth trying #ABATherapy .
