The return of income filed by you as per the above details is considered as defective with-in the meaning of section 139(9) of the IT Act for the following reason इसमें कोई आप के पास सुधार करने की सलाह हो तो बताए( If the receipts as per Form 26AS is not offered in the year in which the TDS credit is claimed, then the claim of TDS will be restricted on the basis of proportion of the receipts offered in the return of income to the receipts in Form 26AS, as per Rule 37BA of the IT Rules. The correction of this defect is to be made by filing the corrected return by offering all the receipts as per form 26AS or by claiming the TDS proportionately as above. Also note that if the defect is not corrected with-in the time allowed, return will be processed and the credit for TDS will be allowed proportionately.)

मैम मैंने 7 टाइम itr -1 डिफेक्टिव हो गया और जब itr -2 से फिल किया तो फिर डिफेक्टिव हो गया परंतु जब दोबारा itr 2 से फिल किए तो फिल हो गया और 8 बार डिफेक्टिव हो कोई प्राब्लम तो नही होगी 17 जुलाई को फाइनल itr -2 से फिल हो गया परन्तु अभी तक रिफंड नही आया है।
