Brilliant system congratulations on your innovation, even if it was 5 years ago😇 This will make the 6 bathroom fitting a pleasure to do and will give me confidence in the longevity of the bathroom work.

Looks great ! *Amateur Question* : What would the approximate cost of that full bathroom kit be ( I guess excluding tiles ) ? £3,000 ? £5,000 ? I have no idea ...

Does the abacus straight pan connector have a built in fall to accommodate the fall in the pipework that goes straight through the wall? As the toilet pan must be installed straight and the soil stack straight through the wall is sloped to allow the waste to flow, I was concerned about the connection in between as there would be no elbow in that configuration. I hope my question is clear

The straight connector is horizontal put there is enough deflection on a pan connector to push it down by a few degrees. Just don't make the hole through the wall too tight and it usually works out fine.

would steel studs work better for this system?
@SkillBuilder5 жыл бұрын
They may do because the are straighter but hanging a basin on steel studs is not so good. i think it is just a matter of preference.

Can Element board be used as a ceiling and be plastered?
@SkillBuilder7 жыл бұрын
Hi Allan Yes you can plaster it very well but the plaster is not waterproof so it has no advantage. I often plaster the bit outside the shower enclosure that joins the plasterboard. What is your idea of using it on the ceiling trying to achieve?
