I have one question with regards to the proof of pending I-589 with Immigration Court, in one of my cases, I didn't receive a time stamp on the I-589 because the court only received electronic filings on the eROP. Accordingly, what kind of proof can we add that is valid for USCIS?

Hi Lina, thank you for your comment. According to the eCAS manual: “(g) Timing of Filings. An electronic filing that is accepted by an immigration court or the BIA will be deemed filed on the date it was successfully uploaded. See 8 C.F.R. § 1001.1(dd). A successful upload means the document was uploaded through the Case Portal or DHS Portal without error. Documents are automatically watermarked and date stamped upon successful upload.” Therefore, a printout of the eCAS page should be sufficient and show the date filed. In an abundance of caution, you could also share the email confirmation provided by EOIR following the upload of the document to eCAS. Hope this helps!
