The deck of cards was country music legend Roy Clark. He used to be on the Hee Haw TV show. Great video.

I think so much could be cleaned up and sold or donated instead of being left to rot. There are people that collect such things. So much of the wooden furniture could be refinished and used. What a shame no one came to collect any of it. What happened to this family I wonder. The house was larger than it seemed and doesn’t seem beyond hope for someone to flip it and sell it or live in it. Really interesting home. Hope it doesn’t get destroyed. Thanks for sharing.

Love everything about this house. Layout, decor, furnishings. Looks like garage converted to living space. Maybe raising grandchildren too? Hence toys..

I got the impression that the owners were nice people who valued their home and it was a welcome place for both family and friends. The big dining table for sharing good food, the bar downstairs with plenty of glasses, games, places to relax. Lots of toys for the kids. Thanks for the explore!

Beautiful home. It's really amazing how many homes seem to be abandoned at Christmas time. The storage area in the back of the basement is jaw dropping. I truly hope this house and it's contents get saved by someone.

Amazing place.....for me, one of the best. Grew up in the 90's. The weirdest part was the 2015 Callender. Nothing else in the house was from that Era.

Read a few comments about Christmas time with seniors and those with mental health issues is the worst time. From November to February there are a lot of deaths and falls which result in deaths. Due to no family or socialize with anyone and sometimes it's the dark gray outside. Beautiful house though

If someone bought it and wanted to fix it up and clean it . All the stuff left behind would make a pretty good profit at a yard sale or on line . Doesn't look like there's too much fixing to do ..

The cards were Roy Clark he was a country music person who cohosted Hee Haw. Omg someone could make 10 of thousands of dollars from that homes treasures.... Most of that stuff is 70s and maybe early 80s...

I think they needed to clean the carpets. Better yet, take the carpets out and put in nice hardwood floors. I hate caroet. The house is a beautiful home though.

Not been lived in very long. Wonder what happened to the family? Maybe had to depart in a hurry, even baby pram left behind. Front door boarded up from the inside, preserved food and kitchen stuff in basement yet no windows looks like family may have been forced to live out of sight til their eventual departure.

so much wasted. With housing shortages being what they are, it's very disappointing that the financial institutions who hold places like these just leave them to rot. If there are no owners or no family to claim the contents, all viable items should all be donated. The house itself could be repaired, refurbished and sold at an AFFORDABLE price.
@JohnAllsopp-jk2mn9 ай бұрын
You could open you're own thrift store will all that stuff...it should be sold at auction instead of just rotting
