Do you have links to the stuff you’re buying? I’m thinking of buying a Fiero and I know that I’ll probably want to change the suspension in the future. I’m totally new to mechanical work and I can use all the help I can get lol.

I got 300lbs springs all round and mines dropped 2 inches and rides great. Does not bottom out and is solid. Its just twitchy at hwy speeds but I need a new steering damper and intermediate shaft. Grey springs used to mean Intrax springs and they where the the lowest springs available. Are those the regular ball joints or rodney's lowering ones?

I chose stock replacement ball joints. The car already seemed lowered

@@JuryRigGarage You can be never be low enough. They also help with the angle of the control arms when lowered, down side you need at least 16 inch wheels. Make sure you are not hitting the bump stops. Most people cut the cones and move the stop up about an inch to inch and a half. If I'm correct that those are intrax springs they drop the car about 1.8 inches. Looking forward to this build.

Just as a reference, I have f23 3800 thats turbo'd full interior and tank of gas it weighed 2740lbs on cat scales. Side not you may need a dofferent oil filter adapter. Im not sure it will fit sticking out like that mine goes 90° from that. If you need any help feel free to reach out.

Yeah I have a Grand Prix oil filter housing I will install. This motor was in a Camaro previously so it’s on as a place holder

The thing about larger vs smaller primary headers is the size of the turbo. With something that has a lot more potential flow and can make a lot of power, you won't have any issues, with something on the smaller side, you can run into some extra lag with the spool. So if you set it all up and it takes longer than expected to spool, you know what happened. Also I would recommend the NA first since it'll be easier on the current transmission and it'll make it easier to negotiate any other unforeseen issues that might pop up. A cool sidenote to the whole holley thing, if you ever decided to go V8 down the line, that'd probably be a very simple swap since most of the work would already be done at that point, I imagine the transmission would be the hard part..
