You unlock the lock pops up and you slide the zipper under and lock it up. Used for dropping deposits at a banks night drop box. The banks opens and makes the deposit and you pick up the empty bag to do it again. I used to do this for the 3 stores my folks owned in the 70s-80s

Note how the box’s and other things are set in the middle of the shelf’s.seems to me with all the movement of the safe ( loading it into whatever vehicle they used to get it home) the things would be disheveled and not stacked that neat just saying
