Yes you are absolutely right. Restaurants are closing at a record rate. Such as Wendys and Apple Bs are closing 150 locations this year alone. The most reason is the cost of what inflation has caused. It's impossible to keep menu prices down and pay employees etc. So, in most cases, employees seek other jobs.

I know the Roy rodgers in Pleasant Hill became Boston Market, then the guy running those stores started Atrias. I think they are both gone. I think a donut shop across where a Winkeys was then a Chinese takeout. Before Winkys, twin Kiss soft ice cream.

I didn't know Twin Kiss was in Delaware. I thought they were in PA. I only went to three of them here in Lancaster, PA. How many Twin Kiss were there?

Another Boston market, I have never been here it is always sad to see a company go downhill do to bad management, there is restaurant chain in Oregon that is going the same direction as Boston Market, it was a nice sit down family restaurant called Shari’s that closed all of there Oregon locations without notice to employees( which is rotten thing to do) because of bad management and not paying bills,taxes etc. It is sad how companies can ruin such a good restaurant(they went from really good food and service to overpriced food(which went downhill) and not to great of service.)Also love those vintage Arby’s signs!

Years ago down in that area there use to be a place called Kenny Roger's roasters which was just like a Boston Market they went out of business years ago I think its a diner now

All the locations by me have now closed. They use to have really good food (loved their cornbread) but their prices kept increasing and the quality started to decline.

Wallie do a video update on the abandoned Boston Market in Parma/ Seven Hills area. Looks like it's being repurposed but into what is the question? Also where Mr. Chicken used to be that was demolished few doors down from that Boston Market, a new Wendy's is going to be built on that site!
