Engine swap. Change Rims. Interior upgrade. Try to make it a functional car hauler, nothing too crazy. It’s super cool

Fix it and run it for a bit. You can always throw a 6.0 LS in it for more power if you need it.

First you have to decide if you're going to keep it... It would be nice with a big block in it.. And a nice A/C.. I think I would try to find a front clip from a motorhome with a little more driver friendly steering geometry and get rid of the split rims.. put a little insulation in it and you have a really nice driver... Glad you picked this up... Take care...

I would grab a Kodiak with an 8.1L and bolt that cab onto the Kodiak frame, maybe even keep the Kodiak firewall, floor and dash. So you would have a modern suspension, Brakes, AC, motor, overdrive transmission, killer tow rig

Late to the view but... I would make that a simple, modestly clean ( with a few mods 😁) car hauler. Plant the Rambler on it for weekend shows you may want to attend. Put it on air ride, decent modern rims and tires. Super Singles on the back would be a stunner and then build a simple wedge back for hauling a car or truck. Double duty between shows and searches for another project. Maybe look for a totaled truck with a super nice drive line to swap in. This, of course is only some food to nibble on.

Change it over, get a nice name. Babe, put it on a new frame for the last incoming limit. Give that puppy a new lyft. 97 Chrome chrome call rims in the front. Do it up, do it out real nice new Ontario. Everything fun to donate truck. Get a donor truck at a duck and a newer A. New or Chevy drop a new drop of neur to speak Japanese drop. Tho its almost a shame to change it from original if it was me id make a car hauler out of it with airbags. Put a reliable drivetrain in it change the rims and u will never need a tow and can haul cars

@@boredom.victim the air bags are to adjust the height when the weight of a car or truck is on it like a tractor n trailer also to bring it closer to the ground when your loading n off loading cars/trucks n it doesnt hurt the look wen u set it in the weeds when its parked at a show!🇺🇲
