Shame the Jenson can’t be passed into the hands of enthusiasts. There must be tons of clocks, dials, seats, engine parts, etc. that the Jenson heads would love.

I had a quick check on the old van, looks like it was last taxed in July 1980, so I'd say it has been there since around then, so an incredible 42 years. The van was registered new in Dec 1972 so it could have been only about 8 years old when it was taken off the roads and left to rot for over 40 years. crazy, As the other commenter has said, the Jensen is a model 541, you can look them up on Wikipedia - and that car would have been made some time between 1954 and 1959, so it is at least 63 years old, and God only knows how long its been sat there - if the van had been left there for 42 years, then the Jensen could have been left there even longer, and would probably have been fully covered over at one time, but people have obviously pulled the cover back off it exposing it to more of the elements. As you say, its very rare and I have never seen one before in any explore videos. Sadly I think its too far gone to be restored, and will just carry on being taken back by nature. The large estate car is a Cortina Mk4 - would have been from between 1976 and 1979. The Yugo was registered in Aug 1990 but is on a SORN so cannot tell how long it was since it was last on the road, and no MOT records are held for it, so would have been prior to 2005 when they computerised the MOT system.

Make that a Cortina estate not a Granada. The Jensen's a great find, it's amazing when rare cars are left like that, it looks like a 541 to me.

Dylan - I for one do not appreciate the way you talk to your mother. It is disrespectful and leaves me with a bad feeling inside. I've unsubscribed as I can no longer watch your videos. Your mother deserves respect.
