Very little vandalism, lots of decay. Someone loved this place

This is a real nice piece of property, too bad someone had to abandon. Most likely the state came in and purchased the land with the house. There are not any Trespass signs which would lead me to think its no longer private property. I have not researched that aspect yet

@@jadonfuryadventures5064 if the vandals find it, the first thing to go is the electrical wiring and the first thing to stay is graffiti. Great video too, thanks for sharing 👍

Yes, the basic builds are salvagable...the road going in it pretty rough and narrow (even for 4WD) so a new road would have to be carved to get much in there

oh my word! so beautiful!

Yes this ranch was very nice at some point in the past. The property has a lot of elaborate red rock retaining walls throughout the property. Someone put a lot of time and effort into building this.

It was bought by Yavapai tribe quite a while back, so it's not for sale per se
@jadonfuryadventures506410 ай бұрын
This is interesting, and the first time I am hearing the Yavapai tribe purchasing this. The property is surrounded by state land so my assumption was that the state acquired the parcel at some point. T

@jadonfuryadventures5064 ok purchased was probably the wrong term in retrospect but some sort of deal was made for transfer to the tribe.

All block buildings. Total remodel would be easy! I'll take it! ❤

It’s really surprising to me that that location is not been snatched up by somebody. The views were just amazing if I have the money I’d like to just tear down all those buildings and rebuild and oh my God you have two little houses for AirBNB and one that you lived in the freaking awesome.

It's owned by a tribe now.

Such a waste. I wonder if the well dried up. I would love to find a place like that to fix up.

I would not mind living there one bit (if the house would be livable). Beautiful place. Very sad it is left to die really.

I'm surprised it had electricity.

If that's the place I'm thinking of, the government owns it. It's been gated off from the public for many years.

Wait until after people learn how high lumber cost rises after 2024. Adobe.... you can make by barefoot trampling straw into wet mud . Cut it into blocks so ample sunshine hardens it all for build usage. Dirt cheap Mexican flavor yet still standing for occupancy in Texas

Yeah a few punks get a few beers in them in a four-wheel drive and go out and destroy property that's not theirs I just wonder what they see in doing it, it's not theirs no respect whatsoever It just makes no sense at all let's bring respect back to this world we could use a lot more of it.
