i have explored that place with my friends and there was this weird rotten flesh smell on the 11 floor and we heard quick footsteps behind us so we ran out of the hotel in a panic... once we looked back there was a dark figure i didnt see who it was but it was a person

There used to be a opening at the back of the hotel on the lefthand side, past the wooden trailer but unfortunately, since this summer, it's been sealed off. There are still openings on that side but they're much further up and you'll need a ladder to access them. Anyway, the inside, just like all the abandoned soviet army structures in my other videos, has been totally gutted (harvested for parts etc.).
