THAT HOTEL IS CALLED THE DUKERIES HOTEL STAYED THERE YEARS AGO WHEN AS WAS A KID ON ADELAIDE STREET

If anyone is going to buy that place and do it up they have a hell of a lot of work to do and cost. I would love to have the stair spindles and banister though before it gets burned down

It’s done well to be honest it’s been abandoned for years and is still in one peace which is amazing considering most of the one have been knocked down

The Hotel and Catering industry is one of the hardest careers to make a living from .Most hotels , bars and restaraunts barely break even. Nightclubs the same.

Makes me laugh how the police take the Extraction fans and Lighting Ballasts because they have value. But they leave the cheap reflectors and Ducting.
