This is an abandoned house I explored. There is just so much stuff in this house..... junk and/or treasure........

I like that you share the pictures because if the house collapses someday and any of the family members come across your channel...they will have the opportunity to still see this digitally preserved history! Nice work! Be careful not to get hurt, your safety is more important than an exploration. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As a wordworker, the sight of disintegrating books & old typewriters saddens me. I wish they had a home where folks could use/read them, but by now, they've prob permanently absorbed the wonderful poo-palace stench. I felt for ya trying to navigate those stairs; actually caught myself covering my nose for a moment, there.

If you want to find out about the house, go to the county courthouse with the address and find out the owner's name if they'll give it? And you can find out about back taxes or maybe they're just up-to-date on the taxes, if they're not you have a chance to pay the taxes and own the house for yourself. When I was a kid, I was checking out an old house it looked real bad, roof all caved in front porch falling off and what not, but to my surprise there was an old lady living in there scared the hell out of me! So beware there might be some smelly old fart in there who blow your head off!!!

The old keyboard/printer is an old 1980s, I think, typewriter. It could be 1990's. I remember using one of those in High School in 1989. Be gentle with Military attire out of respect for the Soldiers, please. People are very sensitive abut that. Be respectful of everyone's personal belongings. You never know what may have happened to them. It is like paying your respects to them when you rifle through their things. Just please be gentle and respectful of them. Put things back where you found them.

It's called trespassing, not exploring. Have had people come and go through my barn down the road. Every time they say, "Oh we thought it was abandoned." Uh.. the crops around it doesn't give you a clue? And besides, the property belongs to somebody, there is no land that isn't owned by someone, even if it is in court for back taxes.
@tanyadebeer48365 жыл бұрын
You're absolutely right. Barns aren't used every day. People need to learn to read no tresspassing signs
@taisontaison41185 жыл бұрын
There is no such thing as abandoned. Either the children own it or the county's or whatever would have seized it for lack of taxes and torn it down or sold it! So you exploring people as you call yourselves, need to quit breaking into private property and go to the register of deeds and check with owners to see if it's okay to film this stuff, or enter. Some people will do anything for a buck including breaking and entering. It can get you thrown in jail.

Doesn't matter, the property is still owned by another and unless the "EXPLORER" has either oral or written permission to enter said property, it is TRESPASSING and is illegal. In Oklahoma illegally entering a house like that can get you legally shot. It's called the "Castle Protection Law". Whether the house is vacant or lived in, the property owner has the legal right to shoot the trespasser if their 'IN' the home/dwelling...........trust me I have an excellent scope on my 30/30. We don't take kind to property trespassers here, especially if there is also Livestock on the property.
@UptownAlleyFashion2 жыл бұрын
@@JeffreyStrader the castle law just allows you to defend yourself in your own property if there is an intruder and you think they will cause bodily harm. It is not a free pass to shoot just because someone entered. And it’s habitable property…

No offense but I feel like I need to express my opinion here. I feel like a private property is private for a reason. I believe that if the doors are locked it means please don't enter. It bothers me when people just walk into a house that does not belong to them. It is one thing if you have permission by the owner, but if you have to climb in through a window then record what you are seeing to get views on KZbin it is pathetic! I get it might be entertainment for people but come on, really? When I was 11 we moved out of our home, but never sold it. I am almost 15 now and our home has been broken into over 20 times. We have tried everything to move back in but we can't because every time we get everything clean up it gets broken into again. The fact that people feel like it is ok for them to walk into a private property just bothers me.

I agree. These people walk into private homes, rummage around, criticize the people who owned it and then post it on UTUBE. It bothers me too.
@oldtimeway17 жыл бұрын
Yeah, this dude is like, "We're in!" So, I would consider that as breaking and entering. That is illegal as is trespass. Then the title, "Pickers Paradise". I don't really think you have any business "picking" anything if it is not your property. As someone who lives in a rural area, I am sick and tired of people who break into a place and make themselves to home. Even if they didn't "break" in , say the door's unlocked. IT IS NOT YOUR HOUSE!

Me and a friend went into an abandoned house that looked like it was decorated in the 40s or 50s. It wasn't cluttered like this one, actuality pretty clean. No power to the house, but after being in there for a while a record player turned on and was playing old music. Scared the hell out of us,we ran like little bitches.
