Hi Tim! You are the best at these walking tours! I love these unique walking tours you do it shows the eclectic beauty of LA. Tim, you're awesome at picking beautiful sunny California days, too! This was a lovely day! That house still has good bones, it's in prime location and very unique. Might be a bit of a money pit, though. Outside not too bad. Ahhh, the Hollywood Bowl, I've gone to some awesome Playboy Jazz Festivals, there! You never fail, another awesome video....and I love that your channel is growing. People are discovering Hiking4Life! Yeah! I pray all is well with you and your family! Stay safe and take care! I see you got a hair cut, that's nice, too! :)

It just sold for 1.5 million according to Zillow! Hopefully they rehab the place to what it once was instead of completely re-working the entire place. Considering where is located & how it's positioned, it would be highly unlikely for it to be 100% demolished.

Tim...I just wanted to say Thanks first off. Second, I'm amazed at all the info you provided in all of your videos. Holy cow, I am a 67 year old child of the best years and I can't remember half oof the "stuff" I got into/did/experienced from about 1971 to 1976...Quit my long haired rock and roll band and joined the USMC in December of 75. August of 77 I was a n E4 hard core high and tight certified heartbreaker & lifetaker Drill Instructor at USMC recruit regiment in San Diego. Still, my long haired hippie days were a blur and your stories and location knowledge is frickin amazing man. Tell your significant other that the Einstein look is very shiek these days and keep 'em coming friend. Semper Fidelis MF...☠️🇺🇸♥️😎

Thanks, Harlan! I am 2 years younger than you and missed all that wonderful Drill Instructor stuff (BTW thank you for serving!) Interestingly, I was the youngest guy in my first all original band and I was the only non Vietnam Vet, so I heard a lot of stories, most about how they wanted to get the hell out of there to come home and play music. My memory is no better than anybody else's, but thank God for Google and Wiki. It makes gathering info a hell of a lot easier. Right on and keep rockin my friend!

Hi! Great video thank you for all the information, most of the other videos just show the inside of the house without explaining anything. You choose a beautiful day to film their so much luminosity in the house! Does anyone have information about the house? such as the architect that designed it or where I can find pictures of the house and is the house for sale? I saw comments on other videos saying that the house is for sale but I can't find any information about it such as the price. Thanks to anyone who answers :)

I don't think its for sale. When I was there it looked to me as though someone had started to renovate it but stopped and just left it--like they ran out of money, but thats just a guess. However it did look like the exterior had been painted not too long ago.
