Abandoned Passenger Train Exploration - Bensenville, IL

I have been given this idea by numerous other railfans that I should make a video tour of this abandoned gem in Bensenville. Well, here It Is! On 4/8/23, I explored this abandoned E9AM and Metra Bi-level coaches that are In an Industrial complex in Bensenville. I’ve taken photos here of this abandoned E9AM numerous times, but have never thought of making a video exploring the whole train. I explore abandoned places and photograph them outside of railfanning, but this gem is one way to combine the two into one! I hope you all enjoy something different for once. Thanks for watching!

Needs prime movers, electrical, etc. too. She was gutted for parts for WSOR 102 (E9B) at IRM. if you got the money or know someoone who does and or could collaborate with you, I'd say get together and buy her and clean her up, so she could be stuffed and mounted at a museum when you do a good cosmetic restoration beyond powerwashing. I'd LOVE to see her go back to preservation, but I don't know who'd take her, and unfortunately not many BN e's are left in preservation intact and in an as-retired appearance besides bn-3 (9919). 9912 still has her paint, but she has ditchlight boxes from when she'd potentially run on the music city star. Some E's are at Larry's but they might be gone. No idea if they'll ever sell if they're still there.
