I have never understood the need for Security in these abandoned places...OK I can understand if it is a listed building or phased for future development, but who is paying for Security?...There is a similar sort of place in Little Hayfield near to Buxton that was abandoned many many years ago called Park Hall Manor...When I worked for the National Trust many moons ago I could freely walk around the site with its glorious outdoor swimming pool and terraced gardens that had well overgrown(might be a site worth visiting Paul) but today it is under tight security with guard dogs etc...WHY...Surely it is not because of Public Safety...Enjoyed this one my friend...Cheers Les.🙂 👍🤝

Ey up Les. I'm not sure why it's under guard or who's paying for it to be honest, that often makes me wonder too. The place in Buxton wouldn't be worth visiting if it's under heavy security though it does sound an interesting place. Cheers me owd 🙂

That place must be near Ruthin SOG . As we use to call Denbigh mental not hospital . As i am originally from Rhyl .

Yer, I definitely didn't get any bad vibes walking around the outside but unfortunately I can't comment on the inside. Shame we didn't get in. Thanks for commenting my friend 🙂👍
