I think this man places the Puppies by himself. Why are they all small Puppies and not adults? Why are they all healthy? When we find a dog we take them at first to a animals clinic and not direct to wash them and feed. They are all just hungry, looks like they didn’t eat some days. These Videos are Weird to me.
