Why not convert this property into housing for the homeless. Having unit's for women with children. Separate from single male population Provide assistance with drug and alcohol abuse education/prevention ... Making it mandatory program.

The "abandoned" campus is pretty much just land now. I assume the remaining unused buildings have to be demolished due to environmental concerns.

They need to open back the asylum for all these crazy people nowadays
