I just found another abandoned R7B at a Mobil station in Lincoln NH. Even though there was a ton of crap stored in the bay, the machine itself was still inside. It had the blue and darker blue filament on it. Just like this one, it didn’t have dryers.

It’s sad that it’s no longer operational, but it’s good that the machine itself is still there!

According to Shell's website and google maps (confirmed by the local operator) this station is only temporarily closed. I wonder what will happen to this when and if this place reopens.

Wow! she is beautiful, reminds me of my first sight of an R7B in this kind of condition when I was 7... Memories, but it's sad to see this in the condition it's in, did this have a code box or removed? Anyways I'm hyped for the soon coming video of the R7B in Miami, I wish you luck with it.

CarWashExplorations I believe it had a code box at one point especially with the on board code-a-wash communicator, but I couldn’t find where it was installed!!! It seems as if they covered up the concrete mounts wherever it was. I really wonder how they operated it, maybe it wasn’t part of the gas station- I believe they used it to clean cars for the service center

Car Wash Studios actually on google maps, it had a dtmf code box right outside the garage door... but it isnt there no more

Must have been kinda dangerous for a socket outlet to be installed in the wash bay (next to the exit on the wall). I am an electrician in the UK and the regulations say that any electrical installation near water or in damp conditions must be in an IP65-68 enclosure meaning that it should be completely sealed against dust and water ingress, which can cause trips and faults.

@@sunshinesuds you will like it sadly it closed around july-august 2019 according to the gas station owner he said somebody crashed into and it was completely destroyed :( so i don't know if the machines still inside but i will still check it out.
