How could anyone leave this tiny little puppies outside in the cold abandoned? How disgusting. I just want to cry. If I had seen them, I would have taken them home with me. My husband and I have taken in abandoned cats and dogs and have kept all of them. Thanks for saving these beautiful puppies.
