I saw a fire go through that area around mid 70s or early 80s

I first saw this "truck" in 1972,it was virtually intact, Keys ranch was just freshly deserted most of his cars were still in good shape,some were still registered 👌 👍

Kinda amazing that all these years later there is this much left. Would’ve been cool to see in 1972!

Im really shock that thing is there and it hasn't been scraped or robbed of parts just those fenders and doors are worth good money nowa days

It’s inside of a national park on a fairly busy trail. Anywhere else in the desert and it would all be gone or riddled with bullet holes. Finding something this old that is still mostly intact after being in the elements for decades is pretty cool.
