Dan, yeah I'd be watching the sea too to make sure I could get back. Spending the night there without proper gear would not be good. That's an idea. Overnight challenge 100k right there in that tower. Bring firewood, tents, some basic supplies. Food. That would be cool when the sea comes in. You would be up out of the water. Imagine the videos you could get and awesome pics. Then back to dry land when sea goes out again. Check out the tide times. Anyway, just an idea. Great video. Nice work.

Paused at 12:33 , Earlier in the video I quote "we do these videos so you don't have to" well me ill do anything,I mean anything too, but walking across that unsupported gangway unsupported high up open to the elements which by the coast can be harsh, out at sea which is what they are, at the evening even harsh, is probably something I would not do, and I guess that's where Dan's comment comes in play about him doing it so we do not have to, great video.

Visited here about 8 years ago, wonder if you are aware there's an accessible casemate and some underground tunnels of the nearby Grain Fort a mid 19th century artillery fort about 1km to the NW of the tower battery. Though by accessible, it was more like a 2m deep badgerhole under a concrete block. Also for anyone wondering, the giant chain is the remnant of a boom defence (anti-submarine nets), which defended the mouth of the Medway.

Something crazy for 100k subs? Climb the chimney at Rylands Mill Wigan? Ladder on inside to iron top deck (missing bottom 10ft of ladder but totally solid) WW2 shelter on site too but huge rock blocking access, would require lot of effort. Also crossing the old steam reservoir to the other side where the old railway tracks for delivering coal still hang would require some nerve. Swimming across it would be insane! Wiganers know that piece of black foreboding water as the ‘Bottomless Pit’ since during construction the bottom gave way and flooded a nearby mine! (Famous landmark court case about that) The actual Mill is huge but totally gutted, not much to see apart from bell tower bit. Dark A Paranormal been there but short vid after getting spooked by some smack heads. Chimney video and a swim across the steam reservoir would be crazy! Make for good drone shots too! Keep up the good work guys 😉👍

Hey bro I watch your videos everyday I love your videos I live in Australia Sydney and there is a town called Picton one of the most haunted towns in Australia there is a train tunnel that is abandon for years a girl died in that tunnel got hit by a train people today still say they hear her cry when u go thru tunnel and there is a train station called central station has heaps of abandon tunnels tracks etc google will tell you everything you need to know but there is no videos of people going down there very interesting place to go

I love all the vids you put out and the other KZbinr teams that go with you but I can't help notice your lack of PPE!. A simple gas or harmful substance monitor should be carried by all!. They're not cheap but as full time Explores I think you have a responsibility to other Explorers on youtube and such as I'm sure you know people try to copy your Adventures. I love your show and your channel, but don't you understand that you are some of the luckiest people in the world to be able to be PAID to be able to see all this Amazing things and do all this Amazing things as well, but honestly Dan you do a lot of complaining and the way you avoid some things just so you don't get wet or extra dirty, come on now. Besides if you're going to cover a location COVER a location and you all should do whatever you can to do to get it all barring bodily danger but getting wet or dirty shouldn't be a deciding factor. Shit I'd be like Mike Rowe from the tv show Dirty Jobs.
