After I watched their AGT performance, I started watching their other performances as well. My goodness! Avantgardey is the best Japanese group of dancers I have ever watched. Their steps, coordination, agility, synchronization, are all perfect. I'm a fan now.

@rongruella4970 Hi You are so right. But watching like you have , I feel they were already famous before the American visit. I found the American judges very patronising to be frank. More concerned about eating the American hamburger. Japanese have been eating American fast food for a long time. And the Howie bloke slapping his hands, said to me, he has not got a clue 🤔 Our man Simon , never has had a clue, but knows how to make loads of money on the back of others. The choreographer Akane san is a masterful genius in what she has produced 🙏

I wonder how much the lyrics of a song play a part to the dance. Now they came to US to compete on America Got Talent, as they progress further, would a song choice be the factor for audience voting? I understand that they want to show Japanese spirit but could they do that with an English song? I don’t know. I saw the dancers’ facial expressions but what I feel about their dance is superficial. That is my regret.
