either you need to reduce stiffness , or increase the mass

you can get any plot from history output. for that , you have to specify direction and node , in the step option. then you can plot.

Thank you for this video. May I ask, when we get the results, does it mean in that natural frequency of the plate shows a deformation like the result (colorful deformation) or the deformation shape is not true just the found natural frequency is correct?

with deformation, we only check the overall behaviour of part at specific natural frequency. whether it is bending, twisting etc.

yes , you can use both 3D and 2D models.
