Hello Sir, Thank you very much for the informational video. The Pacing is just nice (not too fast or too slow), on point and concise. The video has helped me a lot in getting adjusted with Abaqus

It was an informative video. Which option to be selected when starting mesh (Part or Assembly)? In your video you told shortly about this. But I did not get it. Also, what is dependent assembly and independent assembly? It would be convenient if give an explaination or any example of it

What are the benefits to using the other mesh control options of free and structure. If there was no benefit then Abaqus should only give you minimize transition as an option , there must be a reason the others one exist. Could you help with that?

Hi, If a Abaqus session ends abruptly (power loss, crash etc.) the is a recovery file with extension .rec that can help to restore. Abaqus automatically presents you the option to recover when you open the model the very next time. Please find more detail here: abaqus-docs.mit.edu/2017/English/SIMACAECAERefMap/simacae-c-dbsfilesrecover.htm I hope I did understand your question correctly.
