I have a problem. The option "Communication Parameters" doesn't appear on the "Online" menu. Is it because of my Automation Builder version? I'm using the 2017 one.

@@adrianlema4935 In newer version s it appears to be in the ABB automation builder - select PLC from the project tree, right click for "Communication settings".

PLC is pinging with laptop. But IP configuration of control builder is not receiving any IP.

Yes, using buttons on front face of AC500 CPUs standard - For IP settings uses the button CFG to allow navigation through addresses and system settings... for more details Please check technical documentation or contact our PLC technical support at [e-mail]
