Terminal k4 & k5 common point not internally looped , but in your drawing shown with the common looping of K4 , K5

Terminal 18 and 19 used for what type of grounding?

Ok. It is electronic earthing of Control module of soft starter. If you know PNP and npn connections you can better understand it. Lets simply know this, when external 24 volt (+ve & -ve) are used for control purpose then we have to connect the -ve to 18 and +ve to all Digital inputs for start stop. So there will be a voltage / Potential difference between pin no 18 and Digital input pin and the whole process will work. If we use internal 24 volt of Soft Starter control card. Then we have to inform soft starter that this is the same ground or earthing of Pin 19 which is used for 0 volt purpose and we can connect 24 v internal to digital inputs for start stop operation

You can go for Allen- bradley soft starter. This is the best I have ever used. Easy to use and robust design.
