greate Sir, Sir, i have to operate VFD as Encoder Follower with two different ration 1:1 and 1:1.5 . can i have to add PLC to change ratio. And can i give encoder signal direct to VFD. Encoder mounted on another motor You can suggest me VFD,,

Yes it is better option to compare both different ratio encode by connecting it to PLC directly. If there is only one single encoder and mounted on same motor then you can connect directly to VFD in ABB ACS880 Drives or Simens G120, S120 Drives. But for more than one encoder for same application it is far better to go and compare through PLC logic

@@BEE_CLASS ​ @BEE_CLASS Sir Can use Stepper Motor as Encoder Follower. I have a Project. Working on that. I am taking pulse from Encoder to PLC then Calculate frequency of Encoder and providing pulse to Stepper Driver. But found that after few rotation of encoder, rotation of Stepper motor is lagging. Can you guide me what should be the correct algorithm for that. i am using Delta make DVP SS2 Plc 10/20khz output frequency, 1000ppr Encoder.

Power monitoring and power generating limit kya hota hai sir??

Power Generating means to produce power at generating station like hydro power plant, thermal & Nuclear power plant etc. But Power monitoring includes to keep tracking power uses like avg power use, connected load power, maximum demand for power, current high spikes, leading/ lagging everything related to power to be check and this activity is called Power Monitoring.

I think Parker VFD rarely used in india. Mostly Siemens, ABB, AB, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa used in all applications. So it is possible to make video on these drives.
