hello, my dear brother (specialy today, for the song's tittle) how good that you do this song of my request It's my favourite of "Ring Ring" album, the first of the future ABBA "He is your brother" is ABBA's second single in 1972 and first #1 in Radio Charts of Sweden, more than 50 years ago! In that 1972 year ABBA were not yet convinced of being a group, that is why They were called: "Björn & Benny, Agnetha & Anni Frid", with the girls more as their vocal support, because the ladies still continued hers solo careers In their first songs there are several like that, the guys sing one verse and the girls respond to him in the next, and They all share the chorus Thus you can see the growth of the vocal harmony of Agnetha and Frida, until they finally assumed the leadership of most of the songs after the extraordinary worldwide hit with "Waterloo" at Eurovisión Song Contest in UK 1974 when They recorded this song Agnetha was already pregnant with her first daughter, so there are probably no records of TV presentations like with their first song "People need love" and after this success on Swedish radio, they were invited to participate in the Melodiefestivalen (the Swedish pre-selection for Eurovision) and They will go as "Björn & Benny , Agnetha & Frida" (with Agnetha in her 8th months pregnant) with their song "Ring Ring" (finally in third place) "He is your brother" was one of ABBA's favorite numbers (among their old songs) Is the only song of their first album included in the memorable 1977 Australian tour (The images were recorded for the film 'ABBA The Movie') "He is your brother" in these live perfomance shows the girls dancing in the first chorus, joining the choruses and taking the lead in the second verse with a lot of power, ending with a spectacular chorus and Agnetha giving it her highest soprano note in the end Specialy to see a great moment: Agnetha & Benny singing together so clear and happy face to face I see you in next video GOD bless you and stay safe Best regards from Buenos Aires Argentina South America P.S.: in 1979, in the Concert for UNICEF at USA, ABBA performing these chorus of "He Is your brother" join with all artist invited that performing that night: Bee Gees, Andy Gibb, Olivia Newton John, Rita Coolidge, Kris Kristofferson, John Denver, Donna Summer, Rod Stewart, Earth Wind & Fire ABBA, as swedish, was the Only guest artist from a non-English speaking country

great song and reaction. ABBA was great live especially Frida. this clip is from their Australian tour and live but it actually was a clip from the movie ABBA THE MOVIE. that's why there was a quick scene of that guy on the phone. in the movie he was following them trying to get an interview or his boss said he'd fire him. lol he tried everything. good movie with lots of good live performances and funny too.

There is something so special about an ABBA live performance when compared to the studio versions. It hits different but it's just as dynamic. Agnetha and Frida always delivered and the live band was pure rock and roll. I never get tired of seeing these live clips and in some instances, I prefer the live versions.

Bjorn has also managed some great live performances during the Aussie '77 tour imo.One is "Rock me"!(I love it even better than the studio version)The girls do a fantastic job while supporting him..And the other one is him but together with Anni-Frid on the live of "Why did it have to be me?"That's even better live than the studio version.Literally!

You can hear even Beatles influence this their earlier 70's songs, untill they developed their own wall of sound-technic after 1974-75. Would be easier to discover, if most would react chronological instead random order.
