Hello Green Shoots Nursery! First, thanks for the great videos. Question: any information you can provide on how Abbazia would handle rain/humidity? I'd like to give it a try but am hesitant if it's not suited for "tropical" climate. Thanks again for everything you provide the community.

Hi Salvador. We had a couple split on us last year. We’ll re-evaluate it again this year but early signs show this one might occasionally split with too much water.

Hey Jesse. We’ll begin rooting cuttings in December, which we intend to sell on Figbid around February/March.

What’s your rating of azores dark? I like that you give a 1-10 rating on many figs, that’s what convinced me to get thermalito 😁

Azores dark, when dried on the tree, is easily a 9-9.5 out of 10 (at least in my opinion). When picked before drying, it’s still very good but is much much better when dried on the tree. I’m glad you picked up Thermalito...it’s outstanding.
