Is this method easier for the clear stand bases they use for those mid air jump/flying positioned Pops? I have a bootleg Spider-Man pop on the way I plan to customize and he has one of those glued into his back.

Great method. Worked great with my Han Solo in Carbonite and my Dagobah R2D2. Word of warning though. The glued tabs were on the end of R2's legs. Not the base. Looks great the way he's displayed, kinda like he's on his wheels. 👍 I'm very happy with the end result.

Would a Heat Gun or Hair Dry work as well? I have both and don't mind the Boiling water Technique.

Just did this for 4 of my Star Wars Pops, lot of work with a couple of them (new Boba Fett from the Mandalorian being the worst) and I can now take them off and put them back on again no problem.

William Shockley as the video explains, but with a bigger pot. Just be careful with the acrylic let’s holding it up. They’re fragile.

Is there no method to remove the base from chrome pops? I have a mandalorian chrome pop that arrived very off center from his stand and it bothers the hell out of me lol

I broke Bo-Katan. I wish I searched KZbin for a video first.. Live and learn. I managed to get one foot off the platform, but the other one split in half, lol. $18 down the drain. Ordered another one. Can anyone confirm if this method of removal works for Bo-Katan?
