Hey! Are you still using these tools? I wanted to know if you have tried any other hot brushes and compared the temp ranges. I keep hearing about the Revlon damaging hair bc it gets so hot- but I would be interested in seeing comparison between the Revlon, T3, drybar and perhaps others to see which one will cause the least damage overtime!

I just got the Hot Tools styler a week or so ago and you're right about how easy it is. So much better, IMO, than doing a blowout and then a curling iron. (But my hair is naturally pretty wavy so if I'm using a heat styler I'm going for a straight look with a tiny amount of bend end. Nice tips! :)

Now I'm going to practice and practice and practice. I was about to take this curler back to the store because it didn't seem to be doing anything that's because it was operator error😅 Watching you do this made me feel so much better. Thank you thank you I'll be tuning in again I appreciate you

Hello Abbey, I’ve learned so much from your videos, thank you for taking the time to make them and share your knowledge of these products and ingredients. I want to use the best(ish) products for my hair while trying to be cost conscious. I am wondering, why you use Tresemme heat protectant the first time then the B&B heat protectant the next time? Why not the same? Curious which is better or what benefit there is to this. Thank you!

I went back and found this video because I thought you used a 1 1/4 inch curling iron and you do! I recently bought one and want these types of curls for my engagement photos! It looks perfect and you did a good job at showing and explaining the steps, as always! Thank you!!

I tryed this curling iron this week, I've seen some good reviews, but returned it right away, it did nothing to my hair, a very very shy wave that didn't last. My previous Revlon curling iron did much better ...

I've tried lots of different tools & get the best result from my Chi Spin Curl - super quick & easy & the best part: no more painful burns. I'm lucky tho, my hair usually holds a curl for up to 5 days! I do love that hairspray & the heat protectant

Hi Abbey doll! LOOOOOOVE your videos!! I'm pretty well versed in hair, I have thick full brunette hair the same length as yours. I have tried the ROSS Pro and just switched it the Hot Tools one...I must be the ONLY person 😭that does not like the dual or "One Step" styler's b/c I do NOT get the results that I see all over these reviews! Was hoping for some long hair success with this video b/c many of the reviews are on shorter hair, but even this one I don't see an immense amount of volume or bevel on your hair (mind you speaking from a budget and maneuvering standpoint). Even with an arsenal of heat and styling products I still have to go in with a straightener after, for that final glossy result! IMO these would seem fantastic for short hair and really does leave behind beautiful ✨volume and bounce. My long ass heavy tresses do not exhibit the same result. Its A LOT of wrestling💪 for vary vary little reward and for the $$$, I think Ill stick to my round brush and blow-dryer as I have not experienced so much of a benefit to endure the expenditure and the maneuvering of such a large tool that is supposed to give an illusion of a "pro blowout" I can do better with my 2. Definitely picked up some tips with your 1st style (curling). Question, how did you dry your hair before the curling? What's your opinion on heated curlers? Thanks so much doll! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

How long do u hold the curling iron in ur hair?
@MrsHerzog Жыл бұрын
I have the same exact question because I just bought that same curling iron and it NOT WORKING!
@theyloveanay8113 Жыл бұрын
@@MrsHerzog so I took off the clamp and it worked a lot better! And I used it at 380 degrees & held it for 40-45 seconds each. But it’s not that good because I tried sock curls cause curling it was too time consuming and they came out WAY better😭

How long does it take to style your hair with the Revlon tool? I have hair of a similar length and, as you surely already know, washing, drying and styling is a full time job. 😅

Omg how do you have that fuzzy robe on when you’re using the revlon blow dryer!? I love the tool but it gets so hot I end up sweating doing my hair with it!! LOL cute right? If you do the same trick that you did with your front pieces but do it to the crown of your head you get amazing volume 🙂🙂
@AbbeyYung4 жыл бұрын
I was SWEATINGGG. I never do that normally I just realized my other robe would be too see through 😂It's trick for me to get at the crown of my head with the size of this tool & length of my hair! I've tried a couple times but it ended up so tangly

Hello Lovely Abbey😍 I have the Hot Tools volumiser (same stuff as your Revlon) but because I have very frizzy wavy hair l end up with a big puff when using it 🥺😫 Your hair looks so sleek and shinny after using your Revlon, I wish mine was the same 😢 But I just got myself a Dyson hairdryer last weekend 👏 so l need to play more with it hoping I can get shinier hair after blow drying
