As an Arsenal fan. I didn't mind when Arteta changed his tactics when playing against City at the Etihad. It probably contributed to us not winning the league, as if he played his normal tactics we could have lost or won. But he took that risk. Why cant Ange get the same support from spurs fans?

What the majority of those fans not realise is that they have accepted losing being a part of their identity, Arsenal not winning the league doesn't outweigh that because it is only one season. Them being a failure will outlast Arsenal winning the prem, so its pretty much ''joy'' for now that they ''stopped'' Arsenal from winning the league. Accepting and acknowledging you are a failure is worse than anything else in sports, because you dont believe in succes of your own team.

I am in my 7th decade of attending my Championship team. Things, situations, people and Clubs can change very quickly. It wasn't that long ag that Bournemouth, Burnley( the last game of the season), and Brighton were out of the 92 league pyramid altogether. It was the Premier Leagues fault for rearranging that game from mid April to the final week of the season ..... they KNEW what City were like, with their history of springing late runs to the title, and the Premier League put Tottenham, and their supporters, in a really bad postion, and slap bang in Citys way .... most football fans are NOT gonna want their local rivals to win the title, no matter where they live. As for the game itself, i agree with Abbi, Tottenham played well, and especially first half ... if Son had of equalised, the result could have been different ...... but Otega saved his shot, City survived, and now face this historic 4th title win IF they can overcome West Ham.
