Look im not even going to argue the 1st part about the apartment, i dont agree with the ban, but atleast theres still a logical chain you could argue for (although i still would only say a short temp ban especially when their server is less than 72 hours OLD) The MOST EGREGIOUS part though in my opinion is PERMA BANNING FOR "LACK OF COUNTERPLAY"!! *The server is less than 72 hours old so everyone is still learning all the new features you've been bragging about how your new server is "completely different due to overhauling all the mechanics and all new features" but *yet you expect everyone to KNOW that the house security systems are USELESS and is somehow you're responsibility to know that you have to do their systems job by "creating and leaving your own evidence behind" when literally NO OTHER crime works that way?!* that is just outrageous. *Never have they expected or demanded robbers, get away drivers, etc to MANUALLY type out "leaves finger/foot prints" out on the surfaces their person comes in contact with. Never have they forced crims to type out "leaves dna behind" when they get shot during a scene.* *That "lack of counterplay" is ridiculously outrageous for a PERMA BAN especially when NOONE understands the home security systems yet because your server was less than 72 hours OLD.*

Harsh perm ban but should have been a 3 day just for the scuff robbery attempt.
