I like the fact that the roleplay is not too serious with a doctor's office background or even a doctor's shirt but that you just have gloves!! It relaxes me more and it gives me so many tingles

I really like these kind of videos you create. And, as someone mentioned before, it's perfect that it is just a black/dark background and you wear what you wear. No docter's overall or whatsoever. Often, ASMRtists over-act and especially overdose with tools and that kind of stuff. Also, 20-30min is a perfect duration imo. Thanks a lot , Abby! Needed this kind of relaxation after this bs-day in Germany (jurisdiction/verdict Lina E.)

I am not sure if you are aware of this but I have a friend who is a nurse and she is a nurse and has been in a hospital with Covid for over two years now she has a fever of a cold but she’s been tested twice and has had no fever for a while and has had a mild mild case and has had no no fever since the first day she came back back in February she was negative and was negative but I think that she has had the flu since since the last time she was tested and she has had a fever of one of the symptoms.

One thing I look for in exam and light trigger videos is the whole pulling the eyelids up and down, not many people do it and I'm so glad I found this channel because she does it frequently and it actually relaxes me and helps me sleep, I'm halfway through my pregnancy so you can imagine sleep is hard and getting comfortable is almost impossible but these videos always get me to sleep so quickly
