God…. I wish life was as simple as it was when this first came out… Me and my 4 friends were the biggest Fnaf geeks on the block, almost every day we would somehow manage to turn a normal conversation into something about Fnaf. Well one day we were all at my house in my room showing each other our favorite Fnaf songs and animations on KZbin, and me, being the huge foxy fan that I was/am, was showing them all the foxy based songs and animations I knew. Well, as I was scrolling through the animation side of things I managed to stumble across this, now the first season had already been halfway done at this point and I can’t remember exactly how long ago this was but it was new to all of us, so I clicked on it, and right then and there all four of us fell in love with this series, after the first video was watched on my old iPod touch one of my friends pulled out his computer from the backpack he brought over and put the remaining videos on, then after we got done watching all the videos that were there at the time we talked for an hour at least about the series. From that point on, we would gather together to watch whenever a new part was posted and then talk about what we thought would happen in the next one, that is, until we moved away one by one. You see, we were all children of parents who were in the army and moved every 2-3 years and have never stayed in the same place long enough to make any real friends, so what we had going on to be torn in four pieces was heartbreaking for all four if us, but that didn’t stop us from continuing our friendship, we still spam in our group chat whenever a new episode comes out and still text about it for a while afterwards. Well here I am now, 18 and a senior in high school, with a pandemic that seemingly won’t end and a nation divided against itself. Everyone in the group chat is usually too busy or it’s too late for them to talk for very long but we still try and do our ritual whenever another vid comes out. I just want those simple days back when we were carefree kids doing kid things

These types of videos, they remind me of the good old days. The good old summers, sitting outside, on my crappy little iPad that Mum gave me because I wouldn’t stop nagging for one, watching and or playing FNaF. Mum calls me into the kitchen, I walk to the kitchen, the smell of mini hotdogs fills the room, Mum puts 4 of them in a bowl with tomato sauce. I go back outside and as the sunlight rests upon my face. I close my eyes and let the warmth protect me. I want that feeling back, I haven’t had that since I was little, I just want it back.
