I am SO HAPPY to have found your channel!! I am 51 years young & have long layered, baby fine blonde hair & it is so hard to give my hair any kind of style that creates an illusion of full hair. I have a bubbly personality & am SO envious of women that have full and/or texturized hair. The amazing styles that I always see look so fun, flirty, feminine & flawless (not to mention effortless)....but for us ladies with fine or thin hair, we know it takes A LOT of effort to accomplish anything close to those awesome styles. While I’m not a beginner to braiding, I do find it harder to do the braids on myself. Your videos are so well demonstrated, that with continued watching of your tutorials I believe there just might be hope for me yet!! Thank you for taking the time to share all these great hairstyles!!It’s important to note, we women come in all shapes & sizes - and so does our hair. Regardless of your hair type, length, texture, etc.we need to always help & support each other! Sharing & celebrating our differences is what brings us together ~ we are stronger united than we could ever be divided! Many Blessings 🙏🏻😉 👱🏻♀️💜👩🏿🦳❤️👩🏼🦱🧡🧕🏽💙👩🏻🦱💖👩🏾🦱💚👩🏻🦰💛👳🏾♀️

Thank you. I am 45 and my daughter (who is 14 & in the 9th grade) said she wanted a dutch Braid for homecoming. I have never been able to do a Dutch Braid. Which seems crazy since I'm a whiz at French braids & I can do corn rows. But any way. I watched at pile of videos on Dutch braids to no avail. With only 12 hours until the dance I was getting nervous. And then I I found your channel & a video you did back in 2017 where you did 10 cute styles for medium length hair. So I thought I would see if you had a Dutch Braid tutorial, after watching this video once. I was able to do a Dutch Braid on myself. I was giddy. After a couple more tries without looking in the mirror as you suggested. I was making it so much harder that it really was. So I want to thank you & my daughter says thank you. I am a new subscriber, & you will be my first stop for all of our had hairstyling videos.

I am so happy I found your dutch braid tutorial! I have watched dozens, and dozens of tutorials and could never nail the first few stiches despite watching the videos over and over. Your instructions are so clear, and your tip to not look in the mirror was so good. Thank you! Also super happy that you didn't start with the double dutch braids... there's not too many videos with just a single braid.

It only took 21 years, 9 months, and 7 days, But now (thanks to you!!!) I can finally braid my own hair! Now I feel confident in being able to practice a bit more, become proficient, and do my own hair as well as my future daughters! Thank you so much!

I can do French and Dutch on other people no problem (4 daughters, lots of practice) and can do French on myself easily as well. Ive watched dozens of videos trying to figure out how to do Dutch on myself and none of them helped. I watched this video like 5 times in a row and now I'm doing it and it's working and....you're amazing! Lol thank you!
