It’s too bad we don’t get to see clips of Your Show Of Shows on these. I’m sure the copyright must be gone by now. (Considering the efforts of the networks to get rid of all kinescopes sometime before this, that these were available to even rerun at that point in time (no doubt due to one Sid Caesar himself, who like Jackie Gleason and Milton Berle, had a provision put into his contract to receive personal copies of his telecasts) is a minor miracle, at that.

They say everybody has a double somewhere in the world, and while I can tell the difference, it seems that James Murtaugh and Dick Cavett would fit that observation. There's some facial resemblance, but the voices are almost clones. In fact i used to think that Mr. Murtaugh WAS Dick Cavett.

I love these commercials aired on KABC-TV Channel 7 on October 11, 1976; especially the one for Rothchilds Candies, which I have tried and were good. I would like to know if you have any more of these clips of KABC Channel 7 commercials aired in the 70s; because if you do, can you please show them on KZbin as a special request which I would like to make By the way, can you please send me a list KABC-TV commercial break clips from the 70s?
