The Federal Election Commission (FEC) has jurisdiction over in-kind donations. I think the FEC may get involved - with a formal complaint - as ABC arguably was functioning as a campaign arm of the Harris campaign and was "donating" national air time to broadcast a HARRIS' campaign add. It was not a "debate." It was a campaign add.

ALOT of people still don't know that corporate media is propaganda. That's why this is important - to open people's eyes to something they don't yet see. A sworn statement adds credibility and sincerity, which is important. Still, at this point it's just a claim, so we wait. In short, it's not about whether they CAN do it, because of course they can, it's about opening people's eye that it is done - turning a "conspiracy theory" into a fact (a fact that normal people won't like - legal or not).

Yup, many peple don't udnerstand what is going on with the news media these days. A lot of times when they are taken to court and sued they claim they are just giving opinions and not actual news. Yet many people see them a beacons of truth. Opening more people's eyes is important as you say. These days you have news 'breaking' that is years old. That when first outed by the normies who aren't seen as official news media, was said to be conspiracies, but get proven true over time. I think its time for republican candidates to be a bit more discerning about where and how it conducts debates. They should avoid MSNBC and ABC from this point forward unless they balance one of those with a Fox news debate. All of them are biased. So they need to be treated like sports games: Away (CNN maybe) and Home (Fox maybe). Or find a way to hold a debate in some impartial arena (not sure this is possible). No debates unless its somehow fair and balanced.

The problem is that, at least until now, the mainstream media had enough clout that many independents might interpret GOP refusing to go on the MSM as "cowardice", etc. Thankfully, the overwhelming majority of people no longer believe the pretense of impartiality that the MSM has relied upon, so that threat is dimming. The problem is that there is no neutral party, and the Dems (who work hand in glove with the MSM) have no real incentive to engage in a fair debate. Now, to find out if this is true, the person who sent the documents stated he/she has an audio recording as well. Let's see if it is true or not. The documents stated Harris has sample questions and not the questions asked. Disney answered with the statement that the rules are the same. Disney did not dispute the documents

I am not a lawyer, but I can certainly figure this out. "Where do you go with it?" You go to the FCC and you file a complaint. That will go nowhere, but the fact that it has been filed is a piece that you feed to Congress to get those politically on your side to start hearings. The sworn statement is another such piece. You are looking to hand Jordan the CYA pieces he needs to begin hearings. Then your congressional allies can browbeat ABC on TV for a while, give your friendly media buckets full of sound bytes and make it all a campaign topic. What will happen to ABC? Nothing. But long congressional hearings that create sound bytes are how these things are done. What is confusing you two about this? As to the SEC's involvement, we cannot know what that is about without seeing the actual complaint. So why guess?

While I agree that it doesn't make any sense for this person to turn this into the SEC, we already know the SEC has not been looking into a lot of the cases that they should be looking into. add that OSHA has been guilty of dismissing a lot of cases that should not have been dismissed. And that comes directly from the OSHA whistleblower Daryl Whitman and from the Disney SEC whistleblower. Disney has not even been fined for having unlawful confidentiality agreements while other companies such as brinks have. The SEC has been taking the small easy cases. More importantly Disney is the propaganda right hand of the Democrats. Which explains that as soon as the Democrats won the election in 2020 they stopped the SEC whistleblower. prior to that, multiple agents from both the SEC and the Department of Justice had been added to the case and other whistleblowers also come out.

Election interference by a corporation could be issue. Corporations unlike individuals don't have the same rights as people {regardless of what the Roberts courts ruled regarding money being speech}. We have had individuals arrested for memes which should also be considered free speech. SEC might not be the best venue, but that said they do regulate corporate behavior so I suspect its a shotgun approach to 1) getting the data out there and 2) wanting an agency to cover their ass regarding corporate revenge for the leak. Who knows for sure but it is important for people to see data such as this to realize the extent of behind the scenes behaviors that effect elections and government we have to live under.
