😒😠 ~ My wild guess is they got in a tiff. One or both of them were annoyed at the other, so they decided to separate on the hike. That’s why she was alone. As for people hinting that this guy might have done something to her because of this or that. I wouldn’t think so. This would be a terribly convoluted way to kill somebody, and I would have a low chance of success. Everything has to line up perfectly in order for him to kill her by making her so dehydrated that she just lays down and dies before she calls 911. And if he held her phone where she couldn’t use it, or something, then he would be risking houses in the area having a camera that catches him around her placing the phone by her dead body. But he’d be risking those security cameras, or somebody seeing him from the house/car or that was also in the area.

Was it the Officers responsibility to tell this adult that she needs to drink water? She was not a child. I agree the guy is a total douche. But let's face it, Camelback keeps SAR busy every summer. When it's 102F at 6pm, as it was on that day, with mid-day temps much higher, those trails are brutal. Direct sun and heat reflecting of the rocks can easily push temps on the trail to 115. And it might be easy to find your way down when you've hiked there "more than I can count", but when you aren't familiar with the desert, everything kind of looks the same. On top of that, this gal looked as if she had never hiked in her life. People don't seem to realize what heat exhaustion/stroke do to your body. When your brain begins to overheat you lose the ability to process information and make rational decisions. You literally become unable to save yourself. On a cool day with plenty of water, she might have been able to find her way down the trail, it's obvious she was unable to manage that under summer conditions. However this happened, that cop clearly showed a terrible lack of judgement. He shouldn't be allowed to operated a motor vehicle, let alone carry a gun. My condolences to the family.

Did you read this quote stated in the police report: "During a preliminary examination of the phone, investigators did see photos from the top of Camelback Mountain taken that day, and proof of a rideshare trip used by the witness when he got lost.” (Note:The witness is Dario Dizdar)(In a News Report it was stated Angela gave Dario her phone before she headed down the mountain to take photos of the TOP of the mountain for her facebook page. A day later, the reporters said she had her phone going down the mountain. ) The police said previously Angela had her phone when she left Dario. So how did photos of the TOP of Mt. Camelback get taken with Angela's phone when the firefighter seen on ABC/15 Arizona News stated Angela had her phone on her dead body...??? Dario's the one who said he was going to the TOP of MT. Camelback to take photos for Angela's Facebook page. So if she had her phone on her body when she died and Angela's phone was being "PINGED" by the Authorities looking for Angela, that did help them find her, this has to mean Dario met Angela when he came down from the mountain to give her phone back to her.....Right? This is CRUCIAL to know how the photos got in her phone. If Dario sent the photos from his phone to her phone, they need to check the day & time the photos were taken. They could be photos Dario or one of his friends took before July 30, 2021. Dario must have met her when he had the UBER. Where did the UBER take them?
@snapmalloy55563 жыл бұрын

The reason Dario does not want anyone to see his car or go near it. Dario wanted & demanded Angela's phone code to delete all his naked photos and sex texts, but Angela refused to give her phone code to him to delete photos, so his wife could not see them. After Dario told Angela he was married on their mountain hike, Angela was FURIOUS HE LIED TO HER & she told Dario she was telling his wife & sending his wife all his texts and naked photos. So he forced Angela in to his car trunk by gunpoint, until she gave him her phone code, he shut the trunk on her with no water, knowing she was already heat exhausted. Angela died in the trunk.

Let’s say 1 million people are going to see his face and remember him for what happened. He doesn’t want to make it 2 million. He never tried to contact her until Fire/Rescue asked him to try calling her. It that not an indication of his heartless attitude? Last, since you have no experience with extreme heat exhaustion, your misconception of her being rational enough to use her phone is understandable. But the fact is, people in extreme heat distress do not think coherently. Heat exhaustion literally lowers a person's IQ (testing has proven 40% or more) and their ability to think rationally. That is why they find people in the desert with a trail of clothes from their broken down car to their body. The victims literally remove their own shoes and socks in 160˚F sand as they are walking and looking for help; not quite rational behavior.

This news is very upsetting and devastating ! Why on this day take a women from back east on a hike 104 degrees unprepared ..no water no flares no call into ranger station so careless and heartless ?! If ever you may be in a bad situation and you have a working phone DO NOT “HESITATE” CALL 911. There’s something missing in his story not to have the compassion to walk her out ! That’s the number one Rule stay together !

He acts like he could care less that she died. Even if he didn’t murder her, he should still feel a little responsible for what happened to her. After all he’s hiked there before, not her. Also who goes their separate ways on a date? Even if he suddenly decided he didn’t like her he still should have done the right thing and walked her back.

WOMEN BEWARE of this selfish unmanly cop! Angela Tramonte traveled from Boston to Arizona just to meet and be with Dario but he left her alone and disregarded her distress after she told him she couldn't continue with the hike. I can’t believe he allowed her to return to his car ALONE while he continued a hike he had done many times before…It's not as if he was new to the area and that was the only opportunity he had to hike that mountain. Women need to stay clear from a man that leaves a woman to die alone!

He took her up there so it was his duty to get her safely back down. Now the cops are investigating one of their own & we know how that works! Stick with it ABC 15 Arizona.

They didn't have water bottles but you're in Arizona heat. I bet he doesn't even ride in his patrol car without a bottle of water with him.
